Ameisenkuchen = Osterkuchen

Zutaten:

200 g zimmerwarme Butter
150 g Zucker
1 Pck. Vanillezucker
4 Eier
250 g Mehl
15 g Backpulver
Prise Salz
300 ml Eierlikör
100 g Schokostreusel

Butter mit Zucker und Vanillezucker hell aufschlagen.

Eier einzeln zugeben und jeweils etwa 30 Sekunden aufschlagen

Mehl mit Backpulver und Salz mischen und abwechselnd mit Eierlikör unterrühren.

Zum Schluss die Schokostreusel unterheben.

Backen:
in einer Kranzform
bei 175° C Ober- und  Unterhitze
etwa 55 Minuten.


Man kann den Kuchen mit Puderzucker bestäuben:
